If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused or manufacturing-defective items for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack your wheels in their original factory packaging, ensuring all rim protections and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
